Nubian Ibex (Capra nubiana)
A species of wild goat native to mountainous desert regions in North Africa and the Middle East, including Egypt. They are mainly found in rocky mountainous areas and cliffs. these beautiful animals have a distinctive appearance with short, light brown fur, a white underbelly, and large, curved horns. Classified as Vulnerable by the IUCN Red List, they are protected under Egyptian law, with some populations inside protected areas like the Ras Mohamed Nature Reserve.
